How the Sessions Work:

  • Purpose: Group debriefings are suitable for employees involved in the same traumatic incident, such as a public transport accident or armed robbery.

  • Timing: Recommended to take place approximately 5 days after the incident.

  • Group Formation: Employees are grouped into 4-8 people with similar jobs and responsibilities. Participation is voluntary.

  • Session Length: Each debriefing lasts 3-5 hours.

How/Where We Host Group Debriefings:

  • 2

    At Our Office: In Northcliff, Johannesburg.

Availability:

  • Group debriefings are available between 09:00 – 16:00, Monday – Friday.
